I often work with adults as well as teens who are navigating worries, fears, grief, trauma, depression, anxiety and stress because life can get heavy, and it's okay to ask for help.

I also have a special place in my heart for the families of our nation’s heroes, including veterans, first responders, and active duty military. I understand there are unique challenges you face and am here to support you and your family members in any way I can.
